I believe that any job has a community: a community of investors, users, participants, etc. I also think that Seth Godin knows about communities, about marketing, and customer service. Now he’s got a new book, Tribes: We Need You to Lead Us, and he has a great list to help us remember how to build and lead those tribes. You can add your own or vote for or against other’s.
