So, there I was, at a conference, when I says to Kari Dunn Saratovsky, “Hey, wanna be my friend on Facebook cuz you are pretty smart and cool.” She eyes me warily, but does the professional thing and friends me. So, laters I’m browsing Facebook when I see she posted about TweetsGiving. I’m shocked, stunned, made mute, forced to eat an extra serving of pie to assuage my anxiety – well, okay, I just clicked on it. Then of course, I noticed that the ubiquitous Chris Brogan is the top tweeter. Then, jealousy (because if you know me, you know I’m competitive) hits me like a pie at a circus clown festival gone wrong. I WANT TO TWEET TOO! The Drum Major Instinct works in so many ways – even on the internet. Will you be a drum major for justice education?
