I’m working on creating training content for online delivery, but I need a system that will deliver the content created for me. I would like your help by having you do one of the following:
- email the attached form to people who would be interested in creating the sytem or might know someone who could do it;

I’m hoping that this Request for Proposal (RFP) get in the hands of many people who have the knowledge to create this system. The Erie County system of care will be strengthened by your effots.
